Well, 300 is one of my favorite films because of the secial efects that it has. I know that the history is not like that but for me it was very interesting.
The film is about the "Termopilas" war between Spartans and Persians. Something that both, the film and the history, is that the two where very bloody. In the film doesn't show is that the Spartans where hide between the rocks and when the Persians where passing, the kill the easily.
The name 300 is becas when the Spartans atack the Persians the first day, a Spartan soldier that wasn't in conditions to fight, say to Xerxes (persian king) where the Spartans where hide and the Spartans where going to day yes or yes. In that moment, the Spartan king, Leonidas, say to his soldiers that they were all going to die and only 300 soldiers stay for honor.
The film is very bloody and a bit exagerated. For me, the film give to the Spartans a real glory and in the fil show how, in the first day, no Spartans soldiers died.

In my opinión this film is one of the best films i have ever seen. It is important to point out that this amazing film teaches you the need of hope and self-confidence in our current life. It is definitely worth recommending.
We don't like this film because we think that it's relacionated with the war and the soldiers. But of course it's very interesting all the information that you put.
