Penguins in Chubut

Hi, today I've decided to write about the “Vigil of Magellanic Penguins”. This, is taking place at the coasts of Punta Tombo in Chubut, Agentina. The penguins come from Brazil, where they spend the winter, to rest, couple and eat for many months. They put only two eggs and the little penguins are born some months after. People can enjoy this natural phenomenon and the awesome view at the same time. This vigil of the Magellanic Penguins is taking place from September 21 to September 23 and is being transmited in many TV channels, such as CN5 or TN news. It is also showed in some newspapers, for example Clarin and El Diario de Madryn.
In the pictures: on the right a Magellanic Penguin and on the left another Magellanic Penguin with it's baby.

Florencia, really interesting post. Many times we read and learn a lot about the animals in the rest of the world and forget that in our country there are lots of amazing animals, many of which are in danger of extintion because of us, human beings.
We should be more attentive to the wonders provided to us by our beautiful country.
